Terms and Conditions:

• Gift Cards can be redeemed for goods and services at any Animates retail store and on the Animates website (www.animates.co.nz).
• They cannot be applied to Repeat Delivery purchases or used at Animates Vetcare Clinics that are stand alone or connected to to a retail store . However customers wishing to purchase vet diets at a Co-lo site can do so with a gift card at the retail counter
• Only one eGift Card can be redeemed per transaction.
• There is no restriction on the value of a gift card that can be applied to pay for an online purchase.
• Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used for full or partial payments. Unredeemed balances remain until the card is fully used or expires, whichever comes first.
• Change is not given on purchases made with Gift Cards or eGift Cards, but balances can be used for future purchases before the card expires.
• Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or eGift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
• Gift cards can not be purchased or used at Animates Vetcare Clinics ( Stand alone or Co-Lo)
• Animates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or eGift Cards. Gift Cards can be registered.
• Register Gift Cards at www.giftstation.co.nz for enhanced loss protection. Treat Gift Cards as cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• You can check the balance of your Gift Card or eGift Card at www.giftstation.co.nz.

Redemption:

• In-store:
  • Present the Gift Card or eGift Card to a team member at the time of purchase. 
• Online:
  • Enter the card details during the checkout process.
  • In the check out summary you will see " Apply Gift Card." Click on this and the gift card menu will drop down.
  • Enter the Gift Card number and then Gift card pin.
  • This will show you how much tender is left on the card.
  • Click "Apply" to add the gift card to the transaction
