• To be redeemed, vouchers and a valid photo ID must be presented at the time of purchase.
• If a handset is in restricted supply, the voucher may not be immediately redeemable.
• If the discount exceeds the value of the purchase, then any balance of the discount will not be refunded as cash.
• One NZ vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be used before the expiry date.
